2. Digital Products
All products sold on Kodi Digital are digital goods delivered exclusively in PDF format. Upon successful payment, customers receive a unique, secure access link to download their purchased course materials. Each course contains proprietary strategies, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Kodi Digital.
3. Payment & Pricing
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Prices are displayed in EUR (default) or GBP and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. The final amount charged corresponds to the currency selected at the time of purchase. Kodi Digital reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, though any price changes will not affect orders already completed.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final once the purchase has been completed and the access link has been generated. We strongly encourage you to review all course details, descriptions, and previews carefully before making a purchase.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe there is a valid reason for a refund, you may submit a request to our team for review. Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our sole discretion.
To request a refund review:

- Include your full name, email address used for the purchase, and PayPal transaction ID
- Provide a clear description of the reason for your refund request
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original PayPal payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Access & Downloads
Each purchase generates a unique access token linked to your email address. The access link is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your access link secure. Sharing, redistributing, or selling access links to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, design elements, frameworks, and methodologies, are the exclusive intellectual property of Kodi Digital and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission from Kodi Digital.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kodi Digital provides educational content for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from applying the strategies in our courses. Kodi Digital shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
